All San Jacinto Independence Youth Soccer Association members are expected to uphold the Coaches, Parents and Players Code of Ethics, as well as the policies and procedures set forth by STXsoccer and SJIYSA.
Any deviation from the Code of Ethics, policies and procedures, can be reported using the form below. San Jacinto Independence Youth Soccer Association will review all submitted forms and conduct a thorough inquiry into the reported violations and concerns.
